Production
LOGISTICS MANAGER
The Logistics Manager is responsible for ensuring the timely, accurate, and efficient receipt, storage, and delivery of products in and out of assigned TeamWorld facilities. He or she is responsible for the supervision of: Inbound Operations (Unloading and Receiving), Warehouse Operations (Put-Away, Pick-Pack, Break-Pack), Outbound Operations (Loading, Scheduling, Routing). The Logistics Manager works with the Plant Manager to develop strategies to maximize efficiency, utilize capacity, and reduce expenses. He or she is responsible for coordinating staffing and workload to ensure proper coverage and providing a premier customer experience.
PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE
The Production Associate plays a key role in supporting daily
manufacturing operations to ensure products are produced safely, accurately, and on schedule. This is a hands-on position that requires attention to detail, consistency, and a strong commitment to quality and safety.
Production Associates are cross-trained across various functions and are expected to learn multiple tasks, maintain productivity standards, and contribute to a positive and safety-focused work environment.
TEAM LEAD - PRODUCTION
The Team Lead of production is responsible for providing daily production leadership and guidance to a team of production associates and operators by overseeing work activities, monitoring processes, and ensuring adherence to production schedules and standard operating procedures. This role supports the efficient operation of equipment, maintains workflow across the production line, and promotes a safe, organized work environment in compliance with all safety policies and regulations
SHIPPING ASSOCIATE
The Shipping Associate is responsible for picking, packing, and shipping customer orders while supporting production operations as needed. This position plays an important role in ensuring both production and shipping activities are completed accurately, safely, and on schedule. The role requires flexibility to work across departments based on business needs and production priorities.
SERVO PRESS OPERATOR
The Servo Press Operator is responsible for setting up and operating computer-controlled carousel style bottle screen printing presses. This role ensures efficient production, high-quality print results, and proper machine performance while maintaining a clean and organized work area
