1. Chief Financial Officer
Responsible for all financial and fiscal management aspects of company operations. Provide leadership and coordination in the administrative, business planning, accounting and budgeting efforts of the company. This position will report directly to the President.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Create, coordinate, and evaluate the financial programs and supporting information systems of the company to include budgeting, tax planning, real estate, and conservation of assets.
2. Approve and coordinate changes and improvements in automated financial and management information systems for the company.
3. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal budgetary reporting requirements.
4. Oversee the approval and processing of revenue, expenditure, and position control documents, department budgets, mass salary updates, ledger, and account maintenance and data entry.
5. Coordinate the preparation of financial statements, financial reports, special analyses, and information reports.
6. Develop and implement finance, accounting, billing, and auditing procedures.
7. Establish and maintain appropriate internal control safeguards.
8. Interact with other managers to provide consultative support to planning initiatives through financial and management information analyses, reports, and recommendations.
9. Ensure records systems are maintained in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards.
10. Develop and direct the implementation of strategic business and/or operational plans, projects, programs, and systems.
11. Assist in obtaining the necessary licenses and insurance required to start/maintain a business.
12. Analyze cash flow, cost controls, and expenses to guide business leaders. Analyze financial statements to pinpoint potential weak areas.
13. Help to establish and implement short- and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.
14. Serve on planning and policy-making committees.
15. Other duties as assigned.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Represent the company externally to government agencies, funding agencies, and the general public.
2. Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate department staff.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
1. Experience in strategic planning and execution. Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management. Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems. Knowledge of federal and state financial regulations. Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and projections.
2. Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects. Ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings.
3. This is normally acquired through a combination of the completion of a Masters Degree in Finance or Accounting, ten years of experience in a senior-level finance or accounting position, and a CPA.
4. Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Work may require occasional weekend and/or evening work.

2. Production Line Person
The line person areas of responsibility include but are not limited to capping, wrapping, packing of all items produced in the Bottles and specialty decorating area.

3. Manual/Automatic Printer
Department: Screen Printing
Reporting to: Screen Printing Manager
Job Status: Hourly
Job Summary:
We have immediate openings in our screenprinting department for both manual and automatic machine operators. A positive attitude and flexibility are keys to this position — currently hiring for first shift, but the most valuable applicants will be able to move between first and second shifts as the volume of work changes. The printers are responsible for job preparation, producing the product and packaging the jobs according to the sales order.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Set up and run the automatic and/or manual press.
- Make sure all jobs are done on time and correctly.
- Review paperwork with team for clarification and accuracy.
- Maintain an organized and clean work area.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Able to work in both a team setting and as an individual.
- Highly organized and able to schedule work according to the needs of the customer.
- Attention to detail and quality of product being produced.
- Basic math skills.
- Reading comprehension.
- Ability to multi-task.

6. Manufacturing Manager
Immediate Opening for highly motivated individual with manufacturing and managerial experience!
This position has responsibility managing the supervisors of each TeamWorld production department,
including textile screenprinting, embroidery, cylindrical printing/specialty decorating and graphic design.
In a collaborative environment, this position is expected to envision and set the organization's manufacturing
mission including developing/leading the continuous improvement plans to realize department goals and objectives.
The Manufacturing Manager will report directly to TeamWorld's President.
Skills required include:
- Extremely strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Understanding of quality processes throughout production stages
- Strong computer skills, especially the ability to use Microsoft Excel to gather and analyze data
- Must have mechanical aptitude
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Must have a working knowledge of inventory management and accounting functions
General Responsibilities include::
- Manage the planning and designing of methods to improve or enhance existing processes
- Oversee the analysis and review of production/assembly schedules, production requirements, and headcount to determine the most cost effective and efficient methods of managing resources to maximize product output
- Develop and recommend revisions or enhancements to schedules, human and monetary resource allocations, and production requirements
- Ensure that production and material assembly are completed on time
- Act as conduit between production and sales teams to promote customer loyalty
- Rely on extensive experience and judgment to set and accomplish department and individual goals
- Evaluate and determine feasibility and costs of decorating new products or materials
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in a related discipline. Equivalent work or training may be considered
