2. Ink Technician
We have an immediate opening for a full time Ink Technician. We are looking for someone who is responsible, dedicated, and hardworking who works well with their hands, machines, and is a quick study. On the job training will be provided for the right candidate.


  • Perform on-site handling of all ink.
  • Estimate ink for jobs.
  • Stage inks for jobs that are approved and ready to run.
  • Record color formulas, mixing procedures, and ink performance issues.
  • Perform color matching and customized formulations to meet customer needs.
  • Maintain the ink formulation computer system and update the ink formulas, as necessary.
  • Mix ink colors by formulas to match Pantone Swatch. Sample ink batches, print swatches and perform quality color check.

3. Line Leader
The Line Leader - Responsible for the performance of the assigned production line to ensure a quality product is delivered to the customer.
Duties and Responsibilities (include but not limited to):

  • Conduct quick follow-up meeting to inform line team of job specifics: bottle color, cap, artwork, packing instructions, and any special requirements.
  • Inspect bottles after they come out of the heater and do scratch test; looking for missing letters, holes, double images, targets, etc.

Job Summary: This position is very hands-on, in a production environment, helping to set up, tear down, and clean screen-printing supplies and machines.

5. IT Systems Administrator
GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION The Systems Administrator is responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware, software and related infrastructure. This individual participates in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure and ensures that system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to organizational values, enabling staff, and partners.


  • Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems, and key processes
  • Review system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups.
  • Perform regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions.
  • Monitor daily backup operations, ensuring all required file systems and system data are successfully backed up to the appropriate media, recovery tapes or disks are created, and media is recycled and sent off site as necessary.

  • Occasionally provide desktop and analytical support per request from various constituencies.  Investigate and troubleshoot issues.

6. Manager of Facilities and Maintenance
The Facilities and Maintenance Manager is responsible for supervising the staff of all custodial and maintenance personnel operating at company facilities. 7. Servo Press Operator
Job Summary
Responsible for learning and understanding all aspects of computer controlled carousel style bottle screen printing machine. The Servo Press Operator's primary functions are to ensure the press is properly set up in a timely fashion, printing at optimal speeds, and achieving required quality standards. While the job is running they will monitor and optimize print results and equipment settings as well as prepare tooling, screens and other necessary items for the next job to be run. Additionally, the Servo Press Operator must keep a clean work area, including cleaning ink from used screens and wiping down and cleaning equipment. The Servo Press Operator is a key factor to the department's success.
  • Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
    Machine set up/change overs
    • Tooling changes
    • Screen changes
    • Parameter setting
      • Creating new and/or modifying set up programs for specific jobs/bottles
      • Validating set-up/print quality check and making required settings to complete set-up

The Manual Printer ensures that products are screen printed according to the customer’s specifications and that a quality product is sent out to the customer on time.

  3. Read the sales order and pay special attention to any special instructions.

  5. Check screens to make sure they are taped properly, and that the artwork is correct.
  6. Inspect work to make sure it is correct according to the sales order.
  7. Complete paperwork for the job.
