1. Production Planner
The Container Decorating Production Planner is responsible for producing daily production schedules for our Container Decorating Division. They partner with and understand the operations of the warehouse and production departments to ensure smooth workflow throughout the day. They ensure all in-house orders are produced by the required due date while maximizing the efficiency of the Container Decorating production department to produce the highest output possible. He or she manages inventory including purchasing and allocation of all components to fulfill customer orders to their exact specifications in a timely manner.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
- Setting up and maintaining component and finished good part numbers.
- Managing inventory including balancing stock levels to maintain production while also minimizing on-hand inventory values.
- Purchasing bottles, caps, and specialty products.
- Efficiently planning container decorating production schedule files accounting for due dates while minimizing planned downtime and maximizing output.
- Processing schedule changes to adapt to shifts in production needs and customer demands.
- Leading communication with customers/customer service regarding component shortages and schedules.
- Building and maintaining customer and vendor relationships.
- Creating and maintaining process documentation.
- Forecasting and reporting production needs and collaborating with production teams to determine when additional shifts or overtime is needed to meet customer requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Associate degree (NOTE: A comparable combination of education/experience and/or training will be considered equivalent to the education listed.)
- 3 years of manufacturing production planning
- 1-3 years sales/customer service experience

2. Customer Service Representative
The Customer Service Representative works directly with the purchasing, production, art, and warehouse teams on a daily basis to manage the customer base for the program. They are responsible for maintaining a consultative relationship with customers and providing administrative support internally. The Customer Service Representative manages workflow within the team structure, taking direction from the Customer Support Manager.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Primary responsibility is to provide administrative support tasks such as processing sales orders, purchasing, creating new quotes, and any other tasks for managing the maintenance of the Container Decorating Program as they arise.
- Documents all communications and activities into Salesforce each day.
- Coordinates and communicates with all involved departments as orders move through the process.
- Works closely with vendors to insure products are not delayed.
- Recognize upsell opportunities with current customer base.
- Create quotes based on client needs.
- Manage accounts as inquiries flow in.
- Act as back up to other Customer Service Representatives as needed.
- Works with Manager to organize and prioritize the workflow to meet customer goals and timelines.
- Communicates effectively to provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
- Process payments – both deposits and balances.

Job Summary:
This position is very hands-on, in a production environment, helping to set up, tear down, and clean screen-printing supplies and machines.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Pulling bottles off the press
- Checking quality of print on bottles
- Help pressman changing screens / setting up machine in-between jobs
- Unpacks boxes of products to be customized.
- Boxing decorated product.
- Breaking down screens off press / cleaning squeegees, flood bars, etc.
- Ensures proper storage of screens.
- Reclaiming Screens
- Keeping work area clean
- Other duties as required.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- A high school diploma or GED, or equivalent years of experience.
- Screen Printing experience helpful but not required.
- Experience in a production environment is helpful.
- Basic reading comprehension and math skills.

6. Servo Press Operator
Job Summary
Responsible for learning and understanding all aspects of computer controlled carousel style bottle screen printing machine. The Servo Press Operator's primary functions are to ensure the press is properly set up in a timely fashion, printing at optimal speeds, and achieving required quality standards. While the job is running they will monitor and optimize print results and equipment settings as well as prepare tooling, screens and other necessary items for the next job to be run. Additionally, the Servo Press Operator must keep a clean work area, including cleaning ink from used screens and wiping down and cleaning equipment. The Servo Press Operator is a key factor to the department's success.
- Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

- Creating new and/or modifying set up programs for specific jobs/bottles
- Validating set-up/print quality check and making required settings to complete set-up
- Monitor machine and print performance on a regular basis as jobs are running

- Assist maintenance personnel on scheduled maintenance requirements
- Monitor and adjust other nearby smaller pieces of equipment
- Assist line as time and need permits
- Perform clean-up activities on used print screens
- Perform checks on colors to ensure color is correct and seeks assistance from ink specialist.
- Potentially work staggered breaks and lunches to maximize scheduled down time of equipment (perform tasks on equipment while line workers are on break)
- May require limited early or extended hours
- Read sales orders and ensure product is completed as listed, correct artwork, color, size and item.

The Manual Screen Printer ensures that products are screen printed according to the customer's specifications and that a quality product is sent out to the customer on time.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Prepare for day by turning on equipment and checking to see if in proper working order.
- Consult the schedule and the Production Manager for jobs.
- Read the sales order and pay special attention to any special instructions.
- Mix inks.
- Check screens to make sure they are taped properly, and that the artwork is correct.
- Inspect work to make sure it is correct according to the sales order.
- Complete paperwork for the job.
