1. Production Artist
The Production Artist will be part of our creative team working side by side with graphic designers preparing and sending proofs to our customers, setting up production files as well as acting as the final checkpoint in our production process.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Execute production of creative and graphic concepts from the design team
  • Produce proofs as needed and as specified on the sales order for customer review and approval
  • Set up production files based on decoration method
  • Solve business challenges through smart production
  • Make various formats of supplied artwork production-ready and resolve any artwork issues that arise during production
  • Interact regularly with designers, production, and sales team as needed for the completion of assigned projects
  • Responsible for ensuring that all required checklist(s) are completed accordingly and in full, without errors
  • Participate in process improvement efforts and various production meetings to foster a positive and creative impact on the business.
  • Catalog and reference art for future projects
  • Follow a development timeline to ensure tasks are being completed onĀ  time
  • Contribute ideas to design artwork to fulfill customer specifications
  • Act as the inter-departmental collaborator

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design (preferred) or Prepress background and 3+ years of similar experience.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Ability to read and understand workflow diagrams and SOPs.
  • Keen eye for the smallest details for reviewing final files, proofs, and ensuring standards across color, font, production quality and more.
  • Ability to adapt and help improve and streamline processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn existing and new workflows
  • Exceptional organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Maintains composure in stressful situations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal along with the ability to listen for understanding to execute the work according to the customer's needs.

2. Warehouse Associate - Corporate Park
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for picking and staging orders for production under the direction of the Warehouse Manager, while maintaining an organized and clean work environment.

  • Storage of drop ship products.
  • Track inventory.
  • Verify quantities of products received.
  • Pick orders for shipment.
  • Load and unload trucks.

3. Decorating Technician

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Reviews all pertinent information on sales orders, including sales order #, number of pieces, number of colors, type of decoration, reference numbers and art location.
  • Maintains good understanding of the operating procedures in the department
  • Operates various types of decorating equipment; including pad printing, laser engraving/etching and flat-bed UV printing.
  • Maintains a consistent quality of imprints throughout the production run.
  • Meets standards for capacity.
  • Packages products to quality control standards
  • Maintains a clean, safe and well-organized work area
  • Test new materials and documents results.

4. Industrial Maintenance Mechanic
TeamWorld is looking for a full-time industrial maintenance mechanic to assist in maintaining industrial equipment. Five (5) years of previous hands-on experience of mechanical work is required. Prior experience in motors, gear boxes and belt conveyors is preferred.
Primary Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Ensures operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements on engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines; following diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, manufacturer's instructions, and engineering specifications; troubleshooting malfunctions.
  • Troubleshoot and maintain engines, conveyors, electrical systems, CNC machinery, pneumatic tools and hydraulic equipment.
  • Identify faulty equipment through observation and testing metrics.
  • Locates sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation; listening for problems; using precision measuring and testing instruments.
  • Removes defective parts by dismantling devices; using hoists, cranes, and hand and power tools; examining form and texture of parts.
  • Determines changes in dimensional requirements of parts by inspecting used parts; using rules, calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments.
  • Adjusts functional parts of devices and control instruments by using hand tools, and/or power tools.
  • Controls downtime by informing production workers of routine preventive maintenance techniques; monitoring compliance.
  • Maintains equipment, parts, tools, and supplies; sources replacement parts anticipating needs.
  • Conserves maintenance resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.
  • Provides mechanical maintenance information by answering questions and requests.
  • Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
  • Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Ensure correct and safe operation of equipment and machinery using a computerized maintenance system.
  • Work with facility manager to continually update the production process and system software.
  • Attend daily shift meetings to prioritize work orders and minimize downtime.
  • Safely operate power tools, hoists and hand tools.
  • Assess the condition of used parts using micrometers, calipers and specifications.
  • Maintains technical knowledge about electrical, pneumatics, hydraulics and mechanical knowledge via on-going training, industry workshops and technical reading.


Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Advanced technical or college training preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years industrial maintenance experience required
  • Advanced understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics and mechanics
  • Basic understanding of electrical systems and CNC equipment
  • Capable of operating hand, power and specialized tools
  • Knowledge of Computerized Maintenance System preferred
  • Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Team player and willing to work with minimal supervision
  • Comfortable with computers
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Bending, squatting, twisting, reaching, standing, sitting, walking frequently required.
  • Must be proficient in equipment maintenance, technical understanding and have a working knowledge of OSHA safety guidelines.
  • Previous experience with forklifts for preventative maintenance and/or repair is a plus.

5. Marketing Specialist
The Marketing Associates role is responsible for the development and implementation of the organizations marketing strategies and campaigns to help attract new business and increase company recognition by using online and offline media effectively. This position will collaborate with internal and external partners to help assist, shape and execute the campaigns to ultimately drive to customer acquisition and engagement.
Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities:

  • Produce valuable and engaging content for marketing materials and marketing communications
  • Create and coordinate the end to end development of marketing campaigns that deliver end business goals.
  • Create integrated digital marketing campaigns for key markets
  • Clearly and concisely communicate ideas for social posts either directly to social media outlets or to the executive team as suggested posts
  • Apply knowledge of consumer trends and business needs to identify and implement new ways of connecting with and engaging customers
  • Scan social media outlets for pertinent information related to customer comments
  • Ensure all marketing content is consistent and on brand.
  • Maintain a master contact list for marketing
  • Monitor active marketing campaigns and develop ways to improve them
  • Understand and help deliver key reports relating to each campaign
  • Work with cross functional partners to deliver on key project elements related to campaigns
  • Contribute to the seasonal strategy development process for the overall campaigns
